This is an eight year old, 86 bed facility which is located in the well developed and rapidly growing northwest suburb of Fort Wayne. Volume is 20,000 visits per year. The school district is excellent and this provides for a great place to live and raise a family. The current schedule is 4 shifts on (2 days followed by 2 nights) and 8 days off.

There is single physician coverage with nurse practitioner/physician assistant coverage during peak hours. Excellent salary and benefits package with profit sharing potential at 2 years. Additional longevity bonus at 4, 8, and 12 years. All benefits available under a cafeteria plan. Board Certification/Eligibility in Emergency Medicine is required. Emergency Residency trained physicians preferred.
