Located in Angola, Indiana, 45 minutes north of Fort Wayne. Abundant lakes and recreational opportunities in rural Northeast Indiana. This 25-bed Critical Access general community hospital has an annual volume of 14,000 visits which varies during tourist and lake season. Current schedule is 4 shifts on (2 days followed by 2 nights) and 6 days off. Shifts are 12 hours each.
